Honored Heartlings
An Honored Heartling is someone who was chosen to be honored by one of our donors, because they have or had a cardiovascular disease or stroke. As well as being honored here, their names are also listed on the back of the t-shirts our Walking Team wears on the day of the Heart Walk.
Deadline: the 2011 deadline for naming has passed. We will be adding Honored Heartlings again in 2012.
